A family man at heart, he raised a brood of five—comprising one son and four daughters—while nurturing his business endeavors.

 

Following in his father's esteemed footsteps Dammond, Driven by a thirst for knowledge, delved deep into the technical facets of construction, mastering CAD and other drafting programs, as well as honing his skills in construction management.
